Sponsorship Packages for 2013

The following sponsorship packages are available for the EMEA PUG Challenge conference 2013:

Platinum Sponsors

Platinum sponsors qualify for the following:

• Four entrance tickets to the EMEA PUG Challenge
• Your company name on the badges and on the programme
• Extra references as being a Platinum Sponsor in the main conference room/area
• Internet connection (WiFi)
• Your company name on the EMEA PUG Challenge website
• The ability to put your name in other appropriate locations
• Large booth at the Expo
• A three hour timeslot in the Commercial track

Package price € 5100.00.

Gold Sponsors

Gold sponsors qualify for the following:

• Two entrance tickets to the EMEA PUG Challenge
• Your company name on the badges and on the programme
• Internet connection (WiFi)
• Your company name on the EMEA PUG Challenge website
• The ability to put your name in other appropriate locations
• One booth at the Expo
• A one hour timeslot in the Commercial track

Package price € 3500.00.

While we will try to accommodate specific requests for time slots for commercial sessions, we also need to ensure that there is a balanced program for all the attendees across the various streams.

Silver Sponsors

Silver sponsors qualify for the following:

• One entrance ticket to the EMEA PUG Challenge
• Your company name on the programme
• Internet connection (WiFi)
• Your company name on the EMEA PUG Challenge website
• One booth at the Expo
• One timeslot in the Commercial track may be purchased for € 500.00, subject to availability after 20th September 2013

Package price € 1900.00.

Bronze Sponsors

Bronze sponsors qualify for the following:

• Your company name on the programme
• Your company name on the EMEA PUG Challenge website
• Poster on display at the Expo
• Timeslots in the Commercial track may be purchased for € 500.00, subject to availability after 7th October 2013

Package price € 590.00.

Promotional Gifts

This entitles businesses to leave a small item on the gift table close to the information desk. For example:

• One page flyer (up to A4 size)
• Notepad
• Pen
• Other, suitably small, items
