The EMEA PUG Challenge Ltd holds an annual conference for all Progress Customers, Application Partners and End Users of Partner Applications.

EMEA PUG Challenge Ltd is a paid event. If you register as an attendee you will provide information (e.g. billing address, email address, telephone number etc) some of which may constitute Personal Data. This information is collected purely for the organisation of the EMEA PUG Challenge event.

How We Use Your Information

EMEA PUG Challenge Ltd may use your personal information:

  • to notify you about the EMEA PUG Challenge event
  • to confirm your registration on-site
  • on your delegate badge, we will display your name and the name of your organisation
  • if required, where necessary, we may pass your details onto the hotel for purposes of health and safety

EMEA PUG Challenge Ltd does not offer or allow the selling of any information provided to third parties with the exception of that provided to Progress Software.

At the point of registration, you are given the option to “opt in” to have your details passed onto Progress Software. This information will only be used by Progress Software for conference related marketing purposes. If you wish for your personal data, transferred under this agreement to Progress Software, to be edited or removed, you must contact Progress Software directly to do this. EMEA PUG Challenge Ltd has no control over and is not responsible for their actions or lack of in this matter.
